IF YOU AINT PASSING, DONT DRIVE IN THE LEFT LANE SO SIMPLE.
THE SLOWER U ARE DRIVING RELATIVE TO THE "VOLUME", scoot over to the RIGHT, and repeat. So goddam simple. But unfortunately humans are an inperfect species.
