Hello everybody,
My name is John.
As some of you may know, I am from University of Toronto, and I am part of a group called TogetherWeStand. I am part of a group that has a multipurpose organization which believes in a world where every human can make a difference. We aim to spread awareness and cover issues locally and globally. Our focus is not on one specific group of people but the world as a whole. We work to inspire people and ignite a passion to believe 'Together We Can'.
To further validate my claim I am posting a few links that showcase our work we have done in the past and the yearly events we do (like raising money so we can give gloves, mittens, warm sweaters to the homeless on the streets of downtown Toronto). We also raise money so we can buy school materials and give it to students that can't afford it in countries in the east (So far, we have a connection with a school in Karachi-pakistan, where $20 gives them a school bag, lunch box, stationary items and shoes).
Many of you may be wondering, why am I posting this here, this is not trading related or has nothing related to it. But I feel like a member of this community at futures.io from day one and the positivity I have received is paramount. We are looking to fundraise as much as possible till mid-November at which where we collect whatever we have and use every dollar possible to buy and give back to the less fortunate.
Any donation is welcome, $1, $5, $20, $50, $100 and every dollar goes to giving back to the community. You can donate in USD or CAD whichever is more convenient for you.

In this link you will see that the VP of Administration and Events is Siddharth Patel and when you do click the link to the paypal donation, it's also Siddharth Patel, and he will be the one who will manage the funds and he will also update me on the amount raised so far so I can update you guys periodically and in november/ december post some pictures to show where your money went towards and who it helped.
