If you think you are beaten, you are

If you think you dare not, you donít

If you like to win, but think you canít

Itís almost certain you wonít.

If you think youíll lose, youíve lost

For out of this world we find

Success begins with a personís will

Itís all in the state of mind.

If you think youíre outclassed, you are

Youíve got to think high to rise

Youíve got to be sure of yourself before

You can ever win a prize.

The battles donít always go

To the stronger or faster man

But sooner or later the man who wins

Is the one who thinks he can.

I know this isn't a post that's gonna directly make anyone feel better, but I get in the car, light a cigarette, and drive for a while. Or run. Something about moving after you get kicked just kind of helps.

You probably have the best roads for driving aimlessly too, no traffic

There are actually some really fun, winding roads and stretches of interstates out here.

I'd like to go on google maps street view and look at some, do you have any favorites?

https://www.google.com/maps/place/Blue+River+Rd,+Kansas+City,+MO/@38.9486346,-94.5606933,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m2!3m1!1s0x87c0e633b058dd17:0x7ff1b85571ed767e

Can be taken to Gregory Blvd or Oldham Rd. Gregory can be taken to 350 hwy into Route V. It's windier than it looks on Google Maps.

Whenever it happens I get really motivated to figure out how to improve and not make the same mistake again.

I also usually try to get out of the office early, go to the gym, get some fresh air etc.
