Every once and a while, I come across a video, that has great information: to improve one's health etc.
So, here is a video, I have shared with friends and loved one's and I am posting it here.
When I learned my Mom had cancer, I did a lot of research to see what may have been in the environment, that
could have caused or added to her, getting cancer.
A lot of what I learned, is in this video and a lot a didn't know about: like toxic sludge etc.
So, I encourage you to watch this video and then share with friends and loved one.
When I was growing up, my Mom read medical journals. She wanted to be a Doctor and when she applied to go to medical school at 27, she was told she was too old. She became a physiological psychologist and she was always reading medical journals. She would tell me the things they were discovering and that knowledge, didn't get out to the public, sometimes for 30 years.
That is why, Dr. Greger is so great. He is a doctor, who reads all the medical journals, most recent studies etc.
He then posts, short video's on different topics, which is the most current up to date research.
You do not need to wait, 30 years for recent discoveries to finally become public and available to the public.
Dr. Greger is one of the growing community of medical doctors who are leaning towards using food to prevent and heal disease.
Change the diet and you can reverse and prevent: heart disease, example: President Clinton.
Just for reference: if you have a health problem or just want a doctor who is on the cutting edge of health, this
is a website just for doctors, who have been learning and expanding, to treat their patients with nutrition etc.
You could contact them for a recommendation for a doctor in your area?

If you make yourself, available to his newsletter and website, you will know more about, what current medical research is discovering, than your traditional doctor.
@Rachel I took your advice and signed up for Dr. Greger's newsletter...very informative to say the least. I too believe that foods can be key to preventing/reversing disease and mostly keeping us healthy and happy. I make greater and greater efforts every day it seems, to feed my body what it needs...
