That is great, facts change with any new info

Oh come on, I will tell that to my professor....
And anyway, you are assuming that anyone who hasn't owned a gun is automatically anti-gun.

So if Lisa never fired a gun but likes them, would you dis her opinion out of hand?

Anyhow, this thread is really not about gun debate but discussion of different firearms, I guess...

I am not saying discredit them because of their inexperience. Just if they don't have experience with something I am a bit cautious if they have strong opinions about it.

Experience itself isn't even that great, just because you have experience in something doesn't mean it's good or you know about it. Lol. I've seen it in business all the time, tenured employee with lots of experience but they still just suck at their job.

Same can been said for certain traders who spent years on crappy methods. They have experience, but still don't know what they are doing. And that is really sad, but true of a lot of things in this life.

Ok I promised some pictures. First is one of my ARs. This is how I have all my politically incorrect rifles set up, basic red dot scope, flashlight and not much else.

Next is one of my AKMs, a Hungarian AMD 65. This is a rad little gun. The stock folds, making it very compact.

I used to be into old guns and even had a curio and relic license which allowed me to buy them directly from dealers online and have them shipped to my house. This is a 1953 Russian SKS. These are a joy to shoot.

Here is a Swiss 7.5 mm K31.

@GFIs1 will appreciate this: in Switzerland the soldiers could take their weapons home, and the custom was to write your name and other personal info on a piece of paper and stick it under the buttplate. When I bought this K31 I removed the buttplate and sure enough this is what I found:

Can you decipher GFI?

Finally this is my favorite oldie, a Finnish Mosin Nagant. This is a man's rifle. Not for the faint of heart (or biceps). This is similar to the gun used by the legendary Simo Hayha--nicknamed the White Death--to dispatch over 500 invading Russians while defending his homeland during the 1939 Winter War.

Fixed. That took a lot of work. I took the pictures on my tablet, then uploaded them to the post from the tablet, and it looked fine there but apparently weren't. I had to upload the pictures to my laptop to get them to post.
