Welcome to futures io.

(If you already have an account, login at the top of the page)

futures io is the largest futures trading community on the planet, with over 90,000 members. At futures io, our goal has always been and always will be to create a friendly, positive, forward-thinking community where members can openly share and discuss everything the world of trading has to offer. The community is one of the friendliest you will find on any subject, with members going out of their way to help others. Some of the primary differences between futures io and other trading sites revolve around the standards of our community. Those standards include a code of conduct for our members, as well as extremely high standards that govern which partners we do business with, and which products or services we recommend to our members.

At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. To succeed, you need to surround yourself with the right support system, educational content, and trading mentors – all of which you can find on futures io, utilizing our social trading environment.

With futures io, you can find honest trading reviews on brokers, trading rooms, indicator packages, trading strategies, and much more. Our trading review process is highly moderated to ensure that only genuine users are allowed, so you don’t need to worry about fake reviews.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading sites:
  • We are here to help. Just let us know what you need.
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive in our community.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community.  It's free and simple.

NASA's Kepler Mission Discovers Earth's 'Cousin'

"It’s awe-inspiring to consider that this planet has spent 6 billion years in the habitable zone of its star; longer than Earth," Jenkins said in the written statement. "That’s substantial opportunity for life to arise, should all the necessary ingredients and conditions for life exist on this planet."

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Wow mind blown

Suddenly makes everything I care about seem insignificant

All I can think about now is why wasn't I born in to a world like star wars or at least not in the outback, I want to be a part of a galactic empire...

How depressing...

Makes me want to go and play eve online again lol.

Neat article, thanks.

Just too many orders of magnitude involved in time and distance when compared to civilisation spans, so no Type III's without warp drive. Asteroids make awesome filters, nothing greater needed. Ask the dinosaurs for 'Out', although they might also provide a lot of 'In'.

A 5K Mesopotamian golden kettle of fish off the local Mars stopping bus might have been a different tale though. More 'g' than 'G'.

Travel Well

Quoting
When it came to writing in space, NASA began to r and d the space pen. When research skyrocketed, they abandoned the project and went back to using pencils....

Don't understand something, over complicate it... I have made a career out of trading supply-demand imbalances. Not much more complicated than what you see being taught here. This is a methodology, a strategy. No where is there a claim for anything, but. Don't like it, move on. But until you have read the source material and have done the work, your opinion is nothing more than a b.s. opinion.

Timothy Morge has fifth graders trading using one line on chart, can't get much simpler. The results are better than 99% of those on this forum.

If this is not your cup of tea, not complicated enough, move along, there is a pricey piece of software or fancy new indicator that will tell you what price is doing....

This was posted here: https://futures.io/index-futures-trading/34908-trading-sla-amt-intraday-9.html#post512279 by @offx1degree. The NASA pen story is as much bullshit as the thread where this was posted.

Fact or Fiction?: NASA Spent Millions to Develop a Pen that Would Write in Space, whereas the Soviet Cosmonauts Used a Pencil - Scientific American

Another example where someone spouts something as truth, that is just plain wrong.

EDIT: @Big Mike not trying to cause the thread to spill over here, just this NASA pen story irks me so much and is so prevalent even though simple research would prove it to be false.
