My mastermind group discussed Space X's recent landing and how the future of space travel will be come more and more common.

One of the topics had to do with capturing space resources for use on Earth and potential use in long term space travel. Below is one article that we discussed that talks about the amount of water in the solar system.

Interesting time in history that we live it.

A map of all the water in the solar system

China going to Mars by 2020?

China's plans for the Moon, Mars and beyond - BBC News

My brother is an engineer who works on the ISS's electronics among other things. He said a few years ago that NASA/ESA have crazy lead times for new equipment e.g. still using 90s Pentiums for jobs as they are space certified when the Chinese would pretty much just use a iPad.

Most likely there are a multitude of dead alien civilizations and more likely that the ones who did survive are from a different universe and time dimension altogether. There seems to be a standard regarding types of craft and technologies reported. This could be a result of a learning curve acquired by races that have the ability to transcend space and time. Assuming this, it's not to far off to say that each visitation could be by a completely unique alien colony. Perhaps earthlings think there's one alien race coming here on a regular basis. It could be thousands of alien races from other times, dimensions, and so forth just landing here arbitrarily because they've gotten to a point in technological evolution that allows them to.

Watching Juno Jupiter arrival live

Not as exciting as a Space X but halfway through the 35 minute deceleration burn.
