I want one right now. I love that wheel, I'd feel like a captain.

Roger that Devil Man. Wow, I need a MacProzac, McDonalds (and BK but not as much) steam cook beef before grilling. Whatever the chemical/enzyme reaction it is like stewed steak, it totals my serotonin for hours.

I really should know better but I figured if I added a lot more jalapenos this time.. fail.. A friend in Wellington New Zealand was the genuine original creator of the "McShit" logo design (some time before 2001).

McDonalds, this is how you make a happy meal (chuck and cheek not 100+ cow DNA patties): https://video.foxnews.com/v/4328330364001/

My old instructor the master sergeant came around on memorial day to make us a very special treat he brought all the way from France where he was visiting.

Good thing I bought a genuine French Alsace pinot blanc to go with it.

Classy...or one of us was anyway We were chatting about my love of being a amateur fry cook and he mentioned this song:

It has been a cheesy day.

The quest to find stuff to do since I switched to mostly swing trading continues.

Today I've slow cooked some pork for 5 hours using two burner rings stacked to get it at 71C/160F. Marinaded with salt then dark rum and ginger ale, re-concentrating the juices with a little water and basting which has stopped it becoming too dry.

I'll cut it, use a rolling pin to crush and enlarge it, the meat grain should just collapse. Add an apple sauce and some herbs, pine nuts and salad maybe and I got some fantastic buns yesterday.

Tried to relax and distract myself from thinking about trading today with beer and pork...
