Not traditional barbeque, but it's -22C so outdoors is not an option and these are damn tasty.

last evening I had dinner with my brother-in-law at a local Argentinian steak restaurant. No Carbs in sight beyond the un touched bread basket, just meat.
Blood sausage, Chorizo, and skirt steak for starters then a 500g rib eye for the main event. If you find yourself near Stuttgart, it's worth a stop. Steakhaus Ratskeller: Homepage

Merry Christmas fellas. London broil on the grill, tenderize the meat, then marinate for 24 hrs. Grill for 4 mins per side 8 mins total.

Serving with onion rings, potato salad, and beans made with deer meat.

About a 10lb bone-in pork but that I cooked for Christmas Eve. 225 degrees for about 12 hours in the oven. Store bought rub from Fox Bros BBQ that is a local BBQ joint in Atlanta here. It had no brown sugar in it so mixed it about 1:1 with brown sugar. Really good.
