Is that a marinade?

You're really good at solving puzzles

But technically it doubles as a drink for the brave

Not a burger, but it is grilled...

Soaked in a brine for 12 hrs and then smoked for 2.

..awesome interactive site: Weber - BBQ Cultures

The website enhances the TVC, bolstering each barbecue culture with facts, tips, and dishes specific to each of the five featured regions. By showcasing the cultural diversity of barbecuing, Weber aims to educate food enthusiasts and grillers alike about the intricacies of the barbecue beyond the bread and butter of the basic burger. Visitors can learn about a range of local cooking techniques, from recipes of the shores of Sicily to the filleting techniques used in the Nordics.

mind blown

I just cooked a frozen bison burger and it was the best burger I've ever had hands down. No idea how it happened considering I've eaten many burgers all over the place but it did. I'm contemplating cooking another one.

The burger was very rare inside and cooked well on the outside. I'm slightly concerned I might have eaten raw bison but it was so incredibly good that I didn't care.

I'm having a hard time explaining the taste of the meat. Honestly I thought before I cooked it that it would taste slightly gamey, but it turned out to taste like the best beef ever.

This burger has changed my life. I have absolutely no desire to be a vegetarian anymore. I will eat this all the time from now on.
