But trust me, that does not prevent me from getting dozens of questions nearly every webinar "is this being recorded??"

You can draw your own conclusions.

Instead of calling it a "Webinar" why not try "Live Recorded Webinar" or "Live and Recorded Webinar" or something along those lines.

In other cases you'll never get rid of these questions...
