Hi Aquarian1,

Sorry you lost your brother to lung cancer.
I lost my Mom to lung cancer also.

I called the Kushi Institute up, to see if they had any research on curing the kind of lung cancer my Mom had.
They sent me a study about a nurse, who had the same exact lung cancer as my Mom and it had gone into her liver.
She was basically on her death bed.
The family had a macrobiotic counselor come and she tweaked the Macrobiotic diet to her body's needs at that time.
Her family cooked the food and she ate, as much as she could, even if it was only a few bites.
To make a long story short, after 7 years, she was still alive and didn't have any cancer in her body!!!!

I gave this information to my Mom but she decided to go with traditional medicine: chemo and within 9 months of finding out she had cancer, she passed away.

I was my mother's care giver and after looking into macrobiotics, I thought, I would put all the healing foods into a soup just to start getting some good nutrition quickly while I was taking care of my Mom and brought her a bowl of this soup. She grabbed it out of my hands and ate it like an animal over the sink and afterwards, said it was exactly what she needed. My mother at that time, was in a lot of pain, sweating so much a morphine patch wouldn't stay on her skin and she couldn't get a good night sleep. When I checked on her in the morning, she greeted me with a big smile saying, she had a good night sleep, no pain and no sweating. For the next 2 nights, I brought her a bowl of soup with the healing macrobiotic foods in it and each night she had the same positive results.
The 4th morning, I let her know, hey Mom, each night I have brought you a bowl of soup and it had the macrobiotic healing foods and each night: no pain, no sweating and a good night sleep. Would you like to look into macrobiotic diet? She said: Stop cooking for me. It was the hardest life lesson to learn: each person chooses how they want to leave this earth. She had me buy hamburgers, ice cream and candy, which I knew was feeding the cancer etc.

I had researched what caused my mother's cancer and a lot of what you have posted I totally agree with you.
In my 30's I learned there were about 20.000 man made chemicals we came in contact with and NO one knows what their interaction does and a lot of those chemicals: are cancer causing. Then I learned about 3 years ago, that now we come in contact with almost 70,000 man made chemicals.....

I found out, I had a basal cell carcinoma and to make a long story short, I cured it naturally by doing the following:
1. remove all chemicals from your home, use Dr. Mercola's air purification system, use a reverse osmosis water purification system (there are some that will put the minerals back into the water, which you need)
2. Eat an organic diet, foods rich in nutritients like macrobiotic or just get those foods into your diet. Do not eat any GMO's
3. I used EFT: emotional freedom technology. Every person I have meet who has heal their cancer, has had some emotional trauma in their past, once they have healed that issue, the healing begins. Concept is: a traumatic event happens and the bodies immune system gets weakened. The body is always fighting off cancer but with the weakened immune system, the cancer begins to take root and grow. Just as we hold emotions or tightness in our muscles, so does the body along the meridian points etc. that flow from our internal organs. That natural flow of energy gets interrupted and that gets the energy stuck or short circuited and then those internal organs do not get what they need energetically, something like chiropractic adjustments, letting energy flow again after an adjustment. So, after I did EFT, like a bunny rabbit for 2 1/2 days, I was taken down the rabbit hole and saw the traumatic event, that I had thought, I had dealt with and healed from, still was giving me some emotional responses. THen while in my office, a memory came up of the traumatic event and I didn't have any emotional response, it was just a memory that no longer had an emotional trigger. Within, 30 days, all the basal cells healed.
Went and got biopsy's and they were no longer cancerous, my doctor told me, I was an enigma.
At that time, I wondered why my Doctor didin't ask how I had healed my basal cells but then I learned, if he was to practice anything other than what the AMA guidelines for traditional medicine are, he would loose the ability to practice medicine.

I also used a couple of products: curaderm which they use in England and Australia for basal cell's but it took me 1 3/4 years to heal mine. Usually it only takes 3 to 6 months.

I also used advanced nano Zeolite: spray and capsule which goes and destroy's rogue cells in the body and also helps alkalize the body.

Currently I am helping a friend, who has stage 4 cancer; I am cooking macrobiotic foods for her and her nausea has stopped, no more night sweats, her energy is returning etc. Soon she will have an appointment with a macrobiotic counselor who will tweak her diet, for her current needs etc.

Here is a link to the Kushi Institute:
Reversing Cancer Diabetes Psoriasis & More - Kushi Institute

Do not wait, till you get sick, to change your diet.
The body needs foods that mother nature has provided, stay away from anything in cans, boxes etc.
Cook your own food in purified water: grains, beans, veggies, seeds, some fruit, fermented foods and eat with the seasons.

Everything I make for my friend, when her husband comes home, each night says, umm, this is good.
Healthy food can taste great also.

Good luck everyone,

Rachel

PS Once you have cancer, you need to watch your diet, do not eat sugar and even fruit can have too much sugar, which feeds cancer. It has been 9 years since my basal cells healed and have not had any more. I am healthy, do not look my age, have energy etc. Oh, I do not get sick, my immune system is strong. I use EFT, if any emotional issues come up, so staying emotionally happy is also important.

This sounds delicious. Would be a nice addition to the gourmet buffet menu on luxury cruise ships. I must admit that sometimes rice, beans, peas, lentils etc get a little boring, despite the steady decrease in body fat percentage and ideal blood pressure readings they are contributing to. Plus you can raise these animals indoors and don't need a pasture or CAFO feedlot/slaughterhouse.

In the last few years, there has been a push from various bodies—including the UN—to get Western countries to adopt eating insects as an alternative to meat. Insects have been hailed as a type of super food. They are: rich in protein; environmentally friendly to harvest; sustainable; and, they’re already eaten, and enjoyed, in many other parts of the world.

I recall that chocolate covered ants were available at all the local corner candy stores in the 1950's. Maybe Monsanto® can get involved to create ants the size of chickens, saturated with Roundup®, DDT, antibiotic resistant bacteria, arsenic growth promoters, and Agent Orange®.

I think that it would be unethical to eat cockroaches because of their relatively high intelligence level. Ants would be a good food for traders to eat because like most traders, they exhibit a groupthink mentality.

Broccoli sprouts are easy to grow in a jar. The high sulforaphane content is probably highly cancer protective and definitely beneficial in general. Add crispy roasted insects for that extra little protein boost. IF YOU MUST.

How Many Cancers Have Been Caused by Arsenic-Laced Chicken? | NutritionFacts.org

This is how arsenic gets into the healthy chicken you eat in an attempt to avoid the evils of red meat.

I find it necessary to just force myself to eat vegetables or fruits when I have the urge for meats or carbohydrates. The result is that I feel lighter overall. Very hard to put my finger on the exact sensation but it definitely truncates extremes in thought or emotion. Another thing is that I don't feel bloated or lethargic after I eat even if it's a gigantic salad. I was addicted to getting stuffed too. There was something satisfying about it. Not necessarily getting full but just to the right spot where I was 4-5 months pregnant. I always wanted a baby just not like this.

You're doing it exactly the right way.
Often times people get desperate when trying to maintain a diet of any kind, because they try to eat LESS instead of eating DIFFERENT.

You can literally eat 7 times a day and STILL be healthier, feel better and get slim. Just do it they way you describe - when you feel like eating, get something healthy. Make it a big portion so that you don't get back in 30 minutes and eat the chocolate bar anyways.

So easy yet so difficult...

at some point, one need stop riding the curl on the North Shore of HNL and smell the breeze....

at some point, one need pay the fare, fair, price and take the ride at the Kingda Ka!

in other words:

just man up and eat!,
