It's kind of a strange plant because I did notice some euphoria, energy, and analgesia without feeling intoxicated or impaired. I don't know if it would be good to take it everyday considering you would build a quick tolerance but you could probably find some relief from the aforementioned ailments a few times a week if they're at their severity. I took it once before years ago in it's extract form. It was basically in a little jar with an eye-dropper and it had bitter taste (but could easily be mixed with juice to mask it). It's very subtle but consistent. But you know with any drug, natural or man made, there will be side effects just less of them. This guy seems to take a small dose in the morning for energy.
Although I was able to easily consume the powder of crushed up leaf content I'm pretty sure that if I were to use this with any sort of regularity I'd switch over to the liquid extract because the powder, like i said, is a little unpleasant with repeated use.
