Welcome to futures io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive on our forums.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community. It's free and simple, and we will never resell your private information.

@Itchymoku

Thanks a lot for this post Itchy. I take st. johns wort for mild depression because I'd rather not take prescription medication. It's also what they prescribe in Germany for mild depression instead of meds which I found interesting. I've never heard of this plant before now. When you took it for your back did you feel any difference in mood at all?

It's kind of a strange plant because I did notice some euphoria, energy, and analgesia without feeling intoxicated or impaired. I don't know if it would be good to take it everyday considering you would build a quick tolerance but you could probably find some relief from the aforementioned ailments a few times a week if they're at their severity. I took it once before years ago in it's extract form. It was basically in a little jar with an eye-dropper and it had bitter taste (but could easily be mixed with juice to mask it). It's very subtle but consistent. But you know with any drug, natural or man made, there will be side effects just less of them. This guy seems to take a small dose in the morning for energy.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBVWIeCXERg

Although I was able to easily consume the powder of crushed up leaf content I'm pretty sure that if I were to use this with any sort of regularity I'd switch over to the liquid extract because the powder, like i said, is a little unpleasant with repeated use.

Watch in 4K if you can.

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

living off the grid the right way

I've watched most of this guy's videos on his travels. He spent 2 years building his van to live in and now he's traveling all 50 states for 6 months to a year.
