While no one likes to see confrontations end as this one did I am sick of people rushing to judgement and condemning people.
We don't even know all the facts, all we have is the media spinning headlines and going off half-cocked.
All of this is worsened by idiots like Sharpton and Jackson and the black panthers with them trying to incite a race war or something.
Don't get me started on those clowns.
Anyway I think we should remain neutral and let the courts decide.
I haven't kept up with this story, but too many people make assumptions and jump to conclusions before the facts are known I knew that if he (shooter) wasn't in custody by now, he had merit behind his actions. Age is irrelevant if bodily harm is being committed knowingly and life is threaten then self defense is only option. Unfortunate situation that many should learn by.
here is the facts, 1 guy had a gun the other didn't, if worse comes to worse flashing a gun would be more than enough. The argument 'he went for my gun' do not hold water at all.

776.012 Use of force in defense of person.—A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:
(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or
(2) Under those circumstances permitted pursuant to s. 776.013.
on a side note and not to this specifically "kids" are not as harmless as they once were, they are being recruited, and comitting the same if not more violent crimes than adults these days , just something to think about

If the shooter would have been smart he would have thrown a knife on the dude and then it becomes self defense from someone intending to do great bodily harm or worse. Now that kid can never grow up to be a cell block rapist. I'm sure Bubba and Tyrone up at the penitentiary are anticipating George's arriving so they can loosen him up. This crap happens everyday some where in America.
Perhaps they can trade metals and take delivery up at the penn and make themselves some files.
