A leading Romanian earthquake scientist has warned that a series of massive earthquakes in the past 48 hours could be a sign that the planet is literally cracking up.
Thirty-nine earthquakes have rumbled around the globe in the last two days, and Romania's National Institute of Earth Physics expert Gheorghe Marmureanu is warning this could have serious implications. According to a report published in today's Croatia Times:
"The series started with two massive quakes in Indonesia measuring 8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale rapidly followed by three more only slightly smaller in Mexico within hours.
"There is no doubt that something is seriously wrong. There have been too many strong earthquakes," said Marmureanu.
He added: "The quakes are a surprise that cannot be easily explained by current scientific knowledge. With the Indonesian quake for example, statistically, there should be one big earthquake in this part of Asia every 500 years. However, since 2004, there were already three quakes with a magnitude of over 8, which is not normal."

Welcome to the Jungle: States demand secrecy over meat filth and cruelty practices
If you're concerned with how some factory farms might be handling their livestock, two US states have made it illegal to conduct undercover investigations — and now animal rights activists and whistleblowers alike have a bone to pick with lawmakers.
Only four months into 2012, Utah and Idaho have passed legislation that outlaws going undercover to investigate conditions and conduct inside the confines of factory farms — and now authorities in Missouri are coming close to approving a similar “Ag-gag” act. If passed before the end of April, the Show Me State will become the third state in only two months to tell investigative journalists and whistleblowers alike to forego following leads concerning agricultural operations or else face the consequences.
Last month Iowa approved House File 589, a legislation advertised as outlawing “agricultural production facility fraud.” Once Governor Terry E. Branstad signed the act into law in early March, police and prosecutors in Iowa were allowed the power to bring criminal charges against anyone who enters farming facilities by means of deception. The act was touted as a way of keeping agriculturists within the state from having outsiders infiltrate harm to their businesses, however, opponents of the law say that farmers were upset over how video footage and other information captured from their facilities were introducing information to the public that would cut profits by way of revealing the real conditions that livestock are subjected to.
Mercy for Animals, an advocacy group, is opposed to House File 589 on grounds that it makes anyone who "expose cruelty to animals, corporate corruption, dangerous working conditions, environmental violation, or food safety concerns at factory farms” a criminal in the eyes of the state. The American Veterinary Medical Association explains in their own report that in the last three years, Mercy for Animals has released footage that shows abuse within Iowa farming facilities, which means that the state can now prosecute journalists that obtain that footage by surreptitious means with the alleged intent of harming business.
Those trying to overturn these new Ag-gag laws say they are only trying to prevent the harming of animals. State leaders seeking approval of an Ag-gag act in Missouri insist they are fighting a politically-motivated agenda waged by activists that are only trying to disrupt the business.
“Unfortunately we live in a society where these activists are becoming more and more of a problem to agriculture,” Missouri State Rep. Casey Guernsey, R-Bethany, explains to the News-Leader while supporting the proposed measure in his state. “We cannot afford to allow these groups to target our industry of agriculture in Missouri like they have in Iowa.”
Missouri State Rep. Ed Schieffer, D-Troy, adds that the law is necessary to nix animal rights opponents from decimating the business any further. “Agriculture as we know it is in danger from outside influences and outside fears,” he tells the News-Leader.
Outside influence that falls under the category of a criminal offense in both Utah and Idaho now has been instrumental in bringing much needed reform to the United States in the past, however. A century earlier, journalist Upton Sinclair uncovered conditions within Chicago’s meatpacking plants in his iconic exposé The Jungle, which in turn caused the United States to pass both the Meat Inspection Act and the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906, which in turn would lead to the eventual creation the Food and Drug Administration decades later.
Muckrakers aspiring to emulate Sinclair’s work will now be charged for carrying out similar investigations though, and critics are already asking for repeal against laws that encourage animal cruelty and also crumble a hefty clause of the First Amendment: the freedom of the press.
"This flawed and misdirected legislation could set a dangerous precedent nationwide by throwing shut the doors to industrial factory farms and allowing animal abuse, environmental violations, and food contamination issues to flourish undetected, unchallenged and unaddressed," says Nathan Runkle of Food Safety News.
"This law is un-American and a broad government overreach," adds Runkle. "It seeks to shield animal abusers from public scrutiny and prosecute the brave whistleblowers who dare to speak out against animal cruelty, environmental pollution and corporate corruption."
Runkle is far from alone in his opposition, but his criticism is being countered by Congress already. Iowa State Rep. Annette Sweeney, executive director of the Iowa Angus Association, writes in a Des Moines Register op-ed that the state’s agriculture industry is being threatened by “political activist groups trying to grab national headlines,” and that laws like the new Ag-gag legislation will reverse that trend.
“H.F. 589 reinforces the right of Iowa’s farmers to be the best in the world without being exposed to ever-accelerating political extremist criminal activity,” adds Sweeney.
Others, of course, beg to differ. “They prefer having no rules on how they treat animals and no one from the public second-guessing what they do,” journalist Cody Carlson says of the laws’ supporters in an op-ed published last month in The Atlantic. Carlson went undercover at Iowa egg farms for a few months in 2010 and experienced what he now describes as “disturbing trends of extreme animal cruelty and dangerously unsanitary conditions.”

Me guardo tu recuerdo
como el mejor secreto,
que dulce fue tenerte dentro.
Hay un trozo de luz
en esta oscuridad
para prestarme calma.
El tiempo todo calma,
la tempestad y la calma,
el tiempo todo calma,
la tempestad y la calma.
Siempre me quedará

volver a respirar la lluvia que caerá

y volver a reír
y cada día un instante volver a pensar en ti.

y cada día un instante volver a pensar en ti.

Robert Lanza, MD author of "Biocentrism," a book that lays out his theory of everything.
"Many of us fear death. We believe in death because we have been told we will die. We associate ourselves with the body, and we know that bodies die. But a new scientific theory suggests that death is not the terminal event we think."
I am Dr. Sebi, founder of the Dr. Sebi's Research Institute. For over 28 years, the institute has been successful in curing diseases deemed "incurable" by modern medicine. Through our methodology, A.I.D.S., Sickle Cell Anemia, Lupus, Diabetes, Arthritis, Cancers, Leukemia, Herpes, Epilepsy, Fibroid Tumors, and a host of other diseases have been successfully reversed. At this time, I would like to take this opportunity to give you a brief synopsis of how our premise and methodology achieves successful results in eradicating diseases. This brief, but concise illustration will reveal our premise and methodology to be consistent.
According to Western medical research, diseases are a result of the host being infected with a "germ", "virus", or "bacteria". In their approach in treating these "
"infestations", inorganic, carcinogenic chemicals are employed. Our research immediately uncovers flaws in their premise and methodology through basic deductive reasoning. By consistently utilizing the same premise and methods, they have consistently yielded ineffective results. In essence, in the 400-year tradition of the European philosophy of medicine, their approach in treating disease has yet to produce any cures.
In contrast, as we examine the African approach to disease, it diametrically opposes the present Western approach. Specifically, theAfrican Bio-mineral Balancerefutes the germ/virus/bacteria premise. Our research reveals that all manifestation of disease finds it genesis when and where the mucous membrane has been compromised. For example, if there is excess mucous in the bronchial tubes, the disease is Bronchitis; if it is in the lungs, the disease is Pneumonia; in the pancreatic duct, it is Diabetes; in the joints Arthritis.
All of the African Bio-mineral Balance compounds are comprised of natural plants; which means its constitution is of an alkaline nature. This is important- and instrumental in our success in reversing pathologies- because disease can only exist in an environment that is acid; thus it is inconsistent to utilize inorganic substances when treating disease because they are of an acid base. Only consistent use of natural botanical remedies will effectively cleanse and detoxify a diseased body, reversing it to its intended alkaline state. Our system of nutrition goes even further. In addition to removing the accumulation of years of toxins, theAfrican Bio-mineral Balancereplaces depleted minerals and rejuvenates damaged cell tissue eroded by the acid, diseased state.
The primary organs of elimination are the skin, liver, gall bladder, lymp glands, kidneys and the colon. If all toxins are eliminated from the above mentioned organs they will be recycled throughout the entire body, manifesting disease. Eventually the body breaks down in the weakest organs due to its inability to dispel the influence of toxins. The colon is the most important organ and must be cleansed by detoxifying before any disease can be reversed. If only the colon is cleansed and detoxified the other major organs with be left toxic and you will still have disease in the body. It is with Dr. Sebi's intra-cellular dextoxifying cleanse that each cell in the body will be purified. The body will then rebuild and rejuvenation will take place.
Dr. Sebi offers the Bio-Mineral Therapy which is a natural vegetation cell food. A living subtance, which nourishes the body and detoxifies at the cellular level. One must consume life to maintain and sustain itself-not Death.
Just wanted to add my 2 cents:
1. I had a low active thyroid when I was a kid: I learned and practiced yoga and that increased my thyroid to function normally.
2. I had blood sugar problems as a kid: poor nutrition and ate sugar: learned to stablize my blood sugar through diet and avoiding sugar.
3. Mid 30's had food allergies: started eating organic food without pesticides, within 3-6 months food allergies went away and my health improved.
4. Got into 50's got a basal cell carcinoma on the left check of my face. To make a long story short: they wanted to do Mohl surgery on me and couldn't tell me how much of my check they were going to have to remove. I looked into alternative healing and found a macrobiotic conselor who had healed herself of a heavy cancer 30 years prior. Basically: removed toxic chemicals from my environmnet, eat only organic foods (no gmo's), certain healing foods, found a natural herb that they use in England and Australia to cure basal cells etc.
The last piece of the puzzel: did EFT Emotional Freedom Technique and soon as I resolved a past emotional pain I thought I had taken care of: once I no longer had any emotional triggers: the basal cell healed within 30 days.
If I had allowed them to do the Mohl surgery they would have disfigured me, the roots of the basal cell was about 3 inches wide.
I am a total believer in preventative medicine and using natural methods, best yet live in harmony with nature to stay healthy. I wrote a book on how I cured myself of cancer, showed it to an attorney and asked him what would happen if I published this book? He advised me not to. So, now I just share my information with people I meet etc.
Also, my Mom died of lung cancer and I was her care giver. I did a lot of research and this was just when I was looking into marcrobiotic's for her (before I knew I had a basal cell). To make a long story short: I made her a soup and put all the healing foods into it and brought it to my Mom. At this time in her life, he was in a lot of pain the lung cancer had spread to her spine. She was sweating a lot and couldn't get a good night sleep. When she ate the soup, she said "that is exactly what I needed". The next morning she told me: "I had a wonderful night sleep! I slept through the whole night, I didn't sweat and I wasn't in pain".
The next day I brought her another bowl of soup in the evening and once again a good night sleep, no sweating and no pain.
The 3rd night I brought her another bowl of soup and again she had the same positive benefits.
In the morning I said, Mom each night I have brought you a bowl of soup with special healing macrobiotic foods in it and you have had no pain, no sweating and a good night sleep. Would you like to look into a macrobiotic diet?
Her response was: she asked me to stop cooking for her.
It was one of the hardest lessons I learned that year: everyone chooses how they want to leave this earth.
She choose traditional medicine because she was in so much pain. One of out 3 people who get cancer will be in pain and about 1 out of 2 people will come down with some form of cancer. They used to say 1 out of 3 but it has increased because of all the environmental toxins, poor food and GMO's.
I had contacted the Kushi Institute and asked them, do you have any research on the kind of lung cancer my Mom had, that a macrobiotic diet could help her? They sent me research and a case study on a woman who had the very same lung cancer my Mom had. She was a nurse and her cancer had progressed to her liver, she was on her death bed. Her family cooked the food and she recovered and lived. At that time, she was still alive 7 years since she found out she had cancer and she was cancer free. My mother took traditional medicine and was gone within 9 months.
The way I live and eat, is preventative and the foods that helped cure me of my basal cell, I still eat as a prevenative measure. I do not look my age etc.
You make it sound so easy and obviously it isn't/wasn't.
I'm sorry about the loss of your mother. Your words are touching. Consider writing another book that you would publish next time, in the memory of your mother.

Hi Plethora,
Thank you for the kind words and encouragement.
That is something to consider, my Mom was a pretty wonderful person.
She won teacher of the year 3 times,
She was the first person to figure out what part of the brain was stimulated during sex in rats. That was what she worked on while getting her Masters degree. When I would come home from school, I learned those little bags in the frig weren't snacks but rat brains from her research. From her research, they started figuring out, what areas of the brain did what functions.
She also wanted to be a doctor but at 27 they wouldn't let her into medical school so she became a physicological psychologist instead and teacher.
She also helped Dr. DeCarvalo, a genius start publishing studies again in the American Medical Journal. The queen of Spain at one point was one of his patients earlier in his career. I remember seeing patients coming into his office being healed of skin cancers when I was 16. He said, he could cure any cancer as long as he got it early enough, current cancer treatment of going directly to the cancer area to heal it is based upon his research.
In the last 15 years of her life, she was on the cutting edge of Border Line Personality Disorders and over seeing about 60 forums on-line for people who were dealing with having a BPD in their life and educating people about it.
She was also a computer geek, learned how to build computers and in her youth learned how to repair cars and could also play any musical instrument. When she played the violin, she made it sing so beautifully.
She had a very big heart, was always helping people, when she first started teaching she was always helping people preventing suicides, to picketing the local government to stop an experiment they were going to do on us: infect mosquitos with encelphilitis and then release them on the local population to see how many people came down with this disease (yes that really did happen and she stopped them from doing it), to hollding a beer kegging party to help some college student, raise money for medical treatment.
The world is a better place for having her here.
Guess this post is appropriate since Mother's Day will be here soon.
Will send you a PM, before my next trip up to your area.

A YouTube user claims he has found proof that NASA is covering up evidence of aliens because the agency's spacecraft that monitors the Sun went offline after he spotted a 'UFO' on its video feed.
On May 5, user 'rob19791' posted a YouTube video of a mysterious-looking 'object' hovering near the sun. The footage was taken from video that the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory beamed back to Earth and streamed online.
But the claims are likely to fall on deaf ears at NASA after two other similar sightings of 'alien spaceships' have been debunked with simple explanations.
NASA spaceship
What is it? The YouTube video zooms in on this mysterious object hovering above the surface of the sun earlier this month
NASA UFO
'Coverup': After a YouTube user posted the video of this object, NSAS took the spacecraft that shot it, the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, offline for 'emergency Sun reacquisition' mode
The video zooms in on a pyramid-shaped object hovering above the sun's surface.
One day later, NASA shut down the spacecraft's video feed as it went into 'emergency Sun reacquisition mode.'
'This is a cover up to prevent us from seeing these things again. NASA must have seen this video and started making plans to change the way you and I are allowed to view it,' he said in a second video.
Just depends how you look: 'Blank space' in sky turns into glowing cloud under the gaze of hi-tech telescope in Chile
Winter's over (for Rover): Nasa's Mars probe 'wakes up' after hibernating through dark months on Martian surface
This is THE definitive image of planet Earth: Satellite captures all of our globe in one stunning, 121-megapixel shot
'I think this is proof that NASA are covering this up.
'NASA are clearly trying to stop us looking at the sun,' he added.
This is the third time in recent months that believers have pointed out 'proof' of UFOs based on supposedly unexplained phenomena on NASA's space-monitoring equipment.
Youtube user 'Sunsflare' captures the strange orb 'anchored' above the visible surface of the sun in photos from Nasa's Solar Dynamics Observatory
Been here before: In March, conspiracy theorists claimed they saw this 'Death Star' hovering above the Sun. Scientists said it was a solar filament
In December, a man says he found a 'cloaked' space ship orbiting Mercury.
March brought the 'Death Star,' a planet-size object seen 'refueling' at the Sun -- similar to rob19791's triangular discovery.
In March, NASA scientists debunked the Death Star theory by explaining that cameras had simply captured a solar filament -- a tunnel of matter extending out from the sun and cooling to form a dark 'spot.'
It appears this might be the explanation for the second 'UFO,' as well.
While the answer is shorter on conspiracy, it is no less puzzling to scientists.
They still aren't sure what the filaments are or what caused them to form.

When money drives almost all activity on the planet, it's essential that we understand it. Yet simple questions often get overlooked, questions like; where does money come from? Who creates it? Who decides how it gets used? And what does this mean for the millions of ordinary people who suffer when the monetary, and financial system, breaks down? "
