Yes, I refused to have my 10 year old car "recalled" last year by Toyota. I mean what the heck for. So they can put rfid stickers or police/feds gps trackers somewhere? Most likely because my car was made just before they started going crazy putting a bunch of extra tracking and control chips everywhere in newer cars. The parts and frame are even better than the cheaper made model revisions that followed.
The technology to get rid of fossil and atomar fuels already exists. But the "old" energy boys don´t want it because it would also mean ppl can get free and independent, creation their own and also energy for the country, with solar cells.
With all the money spent on deadly weapons and warmongering, there could very easily have been another NASA "moonprogram" for transformation of the energy sector/transportation nets have been taken place. This would also have created new, well payed american jobs and have made the world a better place.
There would be less arguments for developing countries to invest in atomar energy and the world would look up to a country being able to give true answers to issues. Many problems could be solved by that but this would certainly be a cut to some old and yet very mighty businesses in many countries, so this ideal solution to mankind won´t happen.
