I have an Apple iTV (most recent one) and it's been pretty disappointing. Always freezes and crashes regardless of the continuous upgrades. The app's available are a joke as well. It'll be interesting to see how Microsoft's attempt goes. My guess is it's 10 times worse, lol! I'm considering getting the Roku here shortly.

I don't like the idea of voice command....makes it to easy to have some jackass come in the room and turn the channel.....you also probably have to censor conversations around the TV otherwise the thing might be flipping through all the channels.....

Not really. There are key word combinations you have to use to make it work. You would not use them often in a normal conversation.

BTW: The Kinect is pretty damn awesome. It will change how things will be done in future.

That Xbox 360 Voice Command looks nothing like Siri. To me it looks really cumbersome and a remote would be easier. Simple voice commands, which many products have offered and have never really taken off, are not comparable to Siri.

I seriously doubt anyone is going to be able to come out with a similar voice enabled product in 6 months to a year what has taken Apple over a year to only integrate and a few years of development by the original Siri founders and decades of development by DARPA: "With Siri, Apple is using the results of over 40 years of research funded by DARPA via SRI International’s Artificial Intelligence Center through the Personalized Assistant that Learns Program and Cognitive Agent that Learns and Organizes Program CALO."

It is very simple.

Type [yt] and then paste the URL from youtube. Just the URL. Only the URL. Then close with [/yt]

So for example:

[yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=code[/yt]

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.

Thanks Mike. Your youtube instructional video does not have the [noparse] in front of the [yt]. Is this something new or specific to IE9?

No parse is not needed, just ignore it. I use it so I can type in the bbcode without the forum parsing the code when I show you an example.

The video is correct.
