Judge rules Ariz. shooting suspect incompetent for trial - The Boston Globe ( The irony here makes you shake your head. The ridiculously liberal 9th circuit once again saddles the taxpayer. I guess if you're crazy, you can do whatever you want and never face capital punishment. Combined with the fact that now the taxper gets the joy of paying $MILLIONS for this guy to spend the next several decades in a psychiatric facility....the other grand part of this liberal debacle is that.... Somewhere down the line, some liberal bureacrat can claim he's "rehabilitated" enough to be set free. Or the Supreme court can simply rule that Federal prison conditions are inhumane and rule that we have to set 50k prisoners free, maybe he'll be one of the lucky ones
