Cory - are you associated with these guys....they seem to be selling your volume stop indicator.

...

it's fine people should know where to get it for free by now but to rename my indicator to RTOrderFlow without asking me is kind of low blow.

I just saw that site too and recognized your indicator. Obviously a great testament to your work Cory, to those of us that know I guess. Maybe you should offer to provide support for a percent of what they charge.

Guys,

Best way to combat this is to create a new vendor thread in vendor section (if one does not already exist), and then talk about it there.

@cory,

Looks like there are more out there cashing in on your VolumeStop and mom bars. You'd think Ninja will stop promoting pirates as partners on their webinars?

pirate software has been around forever. If you recreate their setups but using futures.io (formerly BMT) indis then it's good karma, I think.

I just did, even a cave man can do that with futures.io (formerly BMT) indicators. Just thinking of the suckers falling for these guys.

I am wondering why they call it order flow? seems he is trying to cheat new traders who don't know order flow.

All indis have common denominator, a bid/ask transaction at a certain price so they are all related. The names are interchangeable if stretch.

@cory,

Here is your indicator on my chart. Only if I knew how to trade the VolumeStop. The last 4 signals were awesome. But no complain here..

I went back on my charts and reproduced the exact signals they had with the default settings. They did not even change anything other the name of the indicator and calling it "Order Flow."

The other garbage bands at the bottom and candle colors are just garbage, they just use the two MA and VolStop.

@supermht,

They simply don't know the difference between order flow and volume. The guy says he "was" a professor for two years at Jefferson University (is there one with that name?) in early 90's, but very vague on his credentials other than ten years of "optimizations." and no more academic stuff.

At $4995 a pop, even mother Teresa might have pirated a donated "Order Flow" for her teachings(but she was greatly unselfish).
