Welcome to futures.io.

Welcome, Guest!

This forum was established to help traders (especially futures traders) by openly sharing indicators, strategies, methods, trading journals and discussing the psychology of trading.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading forums:

  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendor advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in openness and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, it is not something tangible you can download.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

It would be nice to know experience of others.

I have been using it on 3 and 4 MRenko with reasonable results. 2 MRenko is too noisy.
Also us it on 233 and 377 tic with reasonable results.

My charts are 5 days on Renkos and 10 days on tic.

Suggestions anyone?

Hey Cory,

... I was wondering with the mom indicator set to "False" when i hit refresh after doing market replay many arrows disapear? I was tryinmg to enter on the eignal arrow and was working great when the signal is early enough. Is this a repainting indi or maybe you can shed some light into this? thanks for your hard work

Your indicators are always amazing and thianks

the indicator is not repainted. It shows more signals when set to false because its criteria is met many times during the bar movement but not met when the bar stops, for example signal shows during bar moves lower but not suppose to show when bar closes higher (a long leg doji bar) . Less signals show when set to true because condition is met/not met only after the bar stops. Hit F5 to refresh is the same as set to true up until the moment you hit F5. This is programming explanation hopefully it makes sense to you.

this indicator , GomBidAskPVbyJackH is for followers of 'volume leads price' school. PV stands for Price Volume relationship.
The indicator is like a 3D puzzle watch the clip starts at 6:50 and take note so you won't miss finer details.

Which type of data is required to display Gombidaskpvby JackH?. I'm not able to display this indicator with esignal data. Though I can see FP chart. I think I'm messing something.

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.
