Hi @cory

On Volume Stop 7 indicator when I make changes to default settings and save them, then restart N7 Volume Stop 7 does not seem to save settings. Any reason?

generally on indicators like these, if anything happens,

a burp, a disruption by the ISP, a change of the chart configuration or duration, and the loss of the display causes the indicator to start all over again,

usually the explanation has to do with some facet of the data stream only being available from live data instead of reloaded data

how does this indicator handle that usual conclusion?

VolumeStopV7 chart refresh

Cory...just came across your VolumeStopV7 recently and have been watching it.

Today, out of nowhere, it is printing what I will call haphazardly...in other words if I refresh a second chart of the same instrument with VSV7 on it I see new prints of markers showing Volume up/down...those "new" markers did not print on the chart (same time frame) that I left open and would be trading from.

Have you encountered this and is there anything I can do to keep it "cooking along" without the need to refresh?

Thanks!

screenshots

Cory:

Just when I thought it was too late in the day to see what I am referring to, it hit.

Note the two screenshots of the 6E with only the VolumeStopV7 added to the SbSRenko Bars.

Thanks again! I look forward to any input on this.

Side by Side screenshot

Same chart setup.

Refreshed the left side chart for VolumeStopV7 and kept the right side chart as-is.

Thanks.

Hi Cory,

Thank you for you great indicator. Can you please let me know if you recommend I use the indicator with settings Calculate on Bar Close set to False or True? Default is True.

set bar close = true it will give false signal if bar close = false.
