Sunny - you will probably get more replies if you can determine the rules for how the indicator should work, when the arrows should plot, etc. otherwise this is like finding a needle in a haystack. No trying to be harsh with you but you probably need to do some legwork first.

Like others, I'm not sure what you're asking for, but I consider a regular MACD (but not NT's) to BE a momentum indicator.
I use the AaMACD, which can be found in the custom indicators here on futures.io (formerly BMT).
I plot the difference between the fast and slow lines as a histogram (see green for up, red for down),
and the smoothing line as a longer term 'momo' indicator (see white changing to black).
