I think that NinjaTrader devlopers have very well understood the problem, as they have introduced session templates with NT7. This is a huge improvement over NT 6.5. There is just a small thing missing.
Message for NinjaTrader Developers
The only thing, which is missing now:
If you have 3 intraday sessions, there is no way to tell NinjaTrader, which of the three sessions is the first and which is the last session of the trading day.
So if you call for the start of the trading day, you will get the false start time in some cases. This only applies to multi-session templates such as I have added to my previous posts.
Note that MultiCharts allows you to define session times and specify, which of the sub-sessions is the first one, so MultiCharts has a lead here.
