the alert should be produced by a cross of EMA 4 and EMA 8
then
this criterias must be met at the bar with the alert or one after
Long\Buy
Rainbow must agree and head north.
Laguerre line must cross the 0.15 from below and head up
When you get the signal MACD must be above 0
Short\Sell
Rainbow must agree and head south.
Laguerre line must cross the 0.75 from above and head down
When you get the signal MACD must be below 0
not sure what 'rainbow must agree' means but I suspect it's beyond my programming skill.
since your alert is the result of multiple signals I don't know how to combine them either.
What I come up with is just some visual clues, color background when macd cross zero, triangles on MACD to indicate when MA(4) crosses MA(8), and color when Laguerre cross above/below.

the alert is only the cross,
then I have a look -
the Laguerre and the MACD are Filters
and the Rainbow-Picture says Buy or Sell.
Normally I'm scalping the Rainbow within the 5 sec TF only on Rainbow-Pattern (GBPUSD or EURJPY).
Now I combine this knowledge with the Trend-Follower System and will use a TF above 5 sec.

it is simple to look what cyrox use ... you can take any osc. and some other trend followers and make bar anstead of line and put this on panel 2 and 3. what cyrox knows is the marketing. for example you find 100 persons how pay 1000 $ for simple indicators and webinars the pay 300 $ (how you learn about price action blabla but you can buy a book for 30 $) so you can make 1300 on one person x 100 = 130 000 $ gain and you do not must scalping by yourself ...
i say never copy a trading system, build by yourself and you will win. learn about money mangement and study also the market you will enter ...

GMMAConsolidation is optimated for eurusd.
if you use chance filter to your ticksize.
for example 0.0001 tick (on eurusd) * 5 == 0.01 tick * 5 (on eurjpy).
i do not know on es.
perhaps someone …
and look also for consolidation it is similiar to your macd stuff, but you can put a filter ...
