Is everyone using NT 7 have a horizontal gap between Friday's close and this mornings open? I emailed NT and here is the reply I received from them.
Hello,
The reason this is occuring is due to both instruments on the same chart in combination of the holiday weekend. Since the market was closed 24th friday. You will unfortuanley have this gap, this is something that is on development list to be able to add holidays to the session template.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Hmm, wow that sucks. So it is a bug or "by design" limitation? You can't just modify your holiday list? Or does NT have a holiday list like MultiCharts?

This is a limitation by design for multi-series charts. The problem will not occur with single dataseries charts.
If you have a single dataseries, the empty space containing no bars will be suppressed. However, if you have a multi-series chart, the empty space is not being compressed, as it might well contain bars of the other data series.
To change this developpers would have to check for areas within the multi-series chart that contain no data and then suppress these areas. This could be a future design enhancement.
