Is there a charting platform that allows drawing something more complex than rays into the future?

Is there a charting platform that allows drawing something more complex than rays into the future?
NinjaTrader can do this by utilizing Displacement.Ichimoku image clearly demonstrates that.

For the life of me I can't see any benefit in the displacment feature. Has anyone successfully used it. It really doesn't tell you anything useful that I can see.

Yes I understand those...I was thinking more of using displacement with a
SMA , EMA, etc.
