i am running this version of jteconnews and i am getting an error in the log/trace files and was wondering if any of you coder guys knew what could be causing it?

Yes, it happens when there are no more news events for the day to display.

I get it all the time and just ignore it.

I have just noticed tonight this same issue as posted above in #101 ie not all News events are being displayed by the indi even thiough I have the parameters set to display low news and not just USA news.

Anyone else noticed a mis -match between the indi and FF site?

yes i do...i'm not getting any news using the indicator. no errors from the indicator either. The indicator gets the news from this page, REINZ HPI m/m. The content of that page is not correct. So, that tells me the problem is with Forex Factory. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon.

I use the standalone version of this indicator (ie: not embedded within NT). It has also stopped working when I connect to ForexFactory. However if I change it to connect to DailyFX then it works. So something has clearly changed on ForexFactory's side.

Lets hope it gets sorted out. In the mean time, just connect to dailyfx.

Hi MadLife,

do you think there is someone able to programming this news utility to paint alert colored lines with the colour of the specific alert red, yellow etc. on the chart and positioning it as for the old one in the orizontal window in the bottom side below the chart itself or maybe also interesting to can setup it in a vertical window on the left or right side of the chart ?

im sure there is.. you just have to convince them or pay them to do it..
