Console app for Ninja ATI

Hello - Can anyone be able to fix this APITrader application? Was trying to find something similar and would like to expland further on this. But this is broken at present ( can't connect to Ninja ). Can anyone help?

Thanks to MXASJ for this work. It was very helpful. The examples all compiled in VS Community 2015. Minor changes required. adding spaces where they were left out on copy paste and changing to a current contract. also. the two console apps need a reference added for NinjaTrader.Client

Also, the app is not complete and not everything is hooked up. It was just meant as a demonstration.
