Hey guys, I've asked for an enhancement to allow us to scroll the chart vertically by placing the cursor in the chart, depressing and holding the left mouse button and dragging the chart, just like we can do currently to drag right and left. Why require us to press the Ctrl key as well for vertical scrolling, right?

The enhancement request is Jira number NT-4989. If you like this idea, please write in to platform support and vote yes for this request.

When you install the indicator onto a new chart, try first manually moving the y-axis by placing the mouse there and pressing the CTRL key to just jostle/move it a bit. From then, the pan feature on the chart, should work.

There is also the indicator called SidiChartScroll which is part of a set of library indicators. It and others are available via the free discord channel, for which there is an invite in post #7 of this forum thread: https://forum.ninjatrader.com/forum/ninjascript-file-sharing/ninjascript-file-sharing-discussion/1212008-beta-test-announcement-sidifootprint
