Yes, but there's only one way. You have to have used your Ninja license continuously on AMP since March 10, 2015 or before. The reason is that AMP and Ninja had a business dispute at that time, and broke off their business relationship. If you were already an AMP customer using NinjaTrader at that time, then you could continue. If not, then not.
So unless you had NT on AMP before then, it's too late for you now. The type of NT license does not matter. They just don't want to do new business with AMP after that date.

I was thinking if you knew if there were any other ways of adding Nikkei / Osaka Exchange to NT8 so I can trade from the one platform. Would I have the same issue if I found another broker that's different to AMP?
I ask because it seems like NT8 is very locked-down at the moment.
I don't know the answer to the Nikkei question, but you should understand that NT is only available to customers of NT Brokerage and a very, very short list of other firms. You can go to the NT website to find out who they currently are.
This is because, some years ago, NT got out of the business of providing its platform to a wide range of brokers, when they opened their own brokerage firm. Basically, they were not going to provide the platform to firms that were now their competitors.
This is not the same issue as they had with AMP -- it was a strategic decision about the nature of their business. But it does mean that looking for another broker to use the NT platform with will be a big problem. Off the top of my head, I know they didn't give up the connection with Interactive Brokers (because IB was just too large to give up that business), and I believe some forex firms. You'll need to check their web site for the current list, or ask NT support.
