Big Mo Indicator for NT8

Can anyone tell me if the Big Mo/T2U indicator for NT is still on here somewhere or if someone can post a zipfile that can be downloaded? I saw one other post looking for the same indicator but no answer on that so I thought I would try again. I have tried searching and going thru the indicators but no joy. Thanks!
