@Malekyou, it may be helpful if you can describe something about this indicator. It, or something like it, may be known to someone on the forum, but perhaps not by the same name. For example, what is it supposed to do, and how?
I did a quick search for "TDU", and it was mentioned a few times in connection with price action. It would be a good idea if you can specify something about it that will narrow down the search, or jog someone's memory.

The gentlemen above me is the creator of the TDU indicator. You can find those indicators on the tradedevils website, they are currently offering a blackfriday sale as well.
Many of the indicators are just another indicator already out there, but with their TDU brand on the horses tuchas.
I was not happy to buy their McGinley and have them toss it to the side and replace it with a McGinley River. Personally, I would call that an upgrade, but they didnt think so. The told me "we just stopped selling it. we did not stop supporting it".
But If I wanted the newer McGinley I would have to pay for a new McGinley. Sort of stinks when you think you are a good customer who owns over ten of their indicators. Add that up in your mind and it gets expensive.
I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our support.
You say you bought the McGinley indicator from us, however I cannot remember that we ever sold the that as a separate item ?
We might have included it as an extra with another indicator you bought, but I doubt you paid us money for just the McGinley indicator only ?
Anyway, lets fix this. Send me a DM or email, and let's discuss this. Maybe we messed up and in that case, I would gladly compensate you
As you can see from his reply these are the exact types of interactions I've known/witnessed with regards to TDU. Even if you message TD (tradedevils) directly you get very similar results regarding customer service and questions with their products. I urge you to take erwin up on the offer, especially if you still use the indicator as part of your strategy. And as always happy trading friend!
Erwin, glad you were able to respond and hopefully things work out for everyone. I've always seen you guys do a great job, it's great to see everytime.
I appreciate that. However, I did send you a pm. That is how i was able to quote your words.
On Oct 9th I asked you in pm;
"Did you stop selling the McGinley Line?"
Your answer; "It has been replaced with the McGinley River."
My response; "ohhh, ok. I still use the line....."
Then you told me; "you can always download the latest version of our indicators here" (link to TDU indicators)
So from my perspective, I hope you can understand that when i was in a pm dialog, it didnt seem a concern. Not a concern until I posted here.
On Oct 10th you later wrote to me; "and note that you can still use the mcginley line itself, if you have it..nothing changes there, we just stopped selling it, we did not stop supporting it. So many questions , problems with the mcginley line, just ask and i'll do my best to help you with it."
Can you not see the "dig" made in the last quote when you wrote;
""if you have it""?
It was at that point I stopped pursuing the matter. Was I lying to you? I would be happy to post the orders from TDU if you doubt my integrity. But I dont think others need to see my orders. Rest assured, my purchases exceed over 2 grand on this date.
In the post on this forum you wrote;
""We might have included it as an extra with another indicator you bought, but I doubt you paid us money for just the McGinley indicator only ?""
"I doubt you paid us money"?
It is hard for me to determine what the McGinley came with because my Order History shows the number and the Date and the Total. It does not identify the item(s).
But to conclude I didnt pay anything is sort of absurd, right? IF in fact the McGinley was sold in a package, there is no way to say it was "free". The price was factored into the package. When i made the purchase the item did not say "cones with a free McGinley". So forgive me if I seem frustrated by a pea and shell challenge.
Nevertheless, in the world of customer service, there is always the potential for the opposite effect. Because I have placed more orders than many, a customer stands the risk of being a nuisance. The numbers increase the opportunity for something to go wrong. How you responded to me in pm was not how you responded to me in this forum. Thank you
I did not mean to give the impression you didn't pay anything,
I only mentioned that the McGinley might have been included as an extra with some other indicator you bought
And people make mistakes, Perhaps I messed up here. I don't know
But like I said, please send me an email or DM
Then I can see what your ordered and when and then we will fix this for you
