Ninja, Bookmap, and Jigsaw data feeds:

I would be interested in ideas on how to marry these 3 together. I like Jigsaws DOM, Bookmaps heatmap, and Ninja Traders charting. I would like to use all 3 at once but not sure how to do it as far as the data feeds go. Currently have a ninja Trader lifetime license, Ninja trader brokerage is my broker and Continuum is my data feed . Looking at Tradovate for data feeds to Bookmap and Jigsaw.

It seems like someone must have done this before. If anyone has any advice for @Doug Pearson, please give him a hand.

I don't know how to get Bookmap hooked up but getting Jigsaw to run with Ninjatrader is not hard. Peter Davies has a short video on the Jigsaw website about how it is done. I use Ninja with Continuum; Jigsaw just hooks into the Continuum feed and runs alongside Ninjatrader. You don't need to pay for a second connection, and order handling can be done through Ninja and/or Jigsaw as you prefer. Seems to work very well. I tried to insert a link to the video but couldn't get it to work (sorry) but easy enough to find with google.

Hi, when using Jigsaw as a bridge with NT8, does Jigsaw require NT8 to have a particular data-feed? Or does Jigsaw still need its own data-feed? I looked through Jigsaw's site, and couldn't find this info for the bridge setup.

When you are using Jigsaw as a bridge with NT8. NT8 need to be connected to data-feed.

Jigsaw do not need to have the data-feed because data will be coming into the jigsaw DOM through NT8.

I hope it helps.
