Is anyone having any problems receiving chart data from NT since the open at 5:00PM CST ?
I can receive data through the DOM and place orders but my charts aren't updating at all - all I see is Friday's data.
Using Continuum as my data provider.
Edit: Been trying to call their emergency support desk for 30 minutes and can't get through.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?

No data. Something very wrong with this version of NT8. Haven't been able to reach support since Friday.

No data. Something very wrong with this version of NT8. Haven't been able to reach support since Friday.
And I was thinking I am still 'outdated' to use the stable NT7 version.

Opened Ninja this morning. No data. No Juneteenth in the list any more either. Anyone have a clue? I added Juneteenth with early close. Still nothing. Rithmic is receiving data.

Opened Ninja this morning. No data. No Juneteenth in the list any more either. Anyone have a clue? I added Juneteenth with early close. Still nothing. Rithmic is receiving data.
I'm having data issues on some charts only. Seems like maybe they made some changes to Data series? I had some set to "use instrument settings" that are not working.
