I had to send my computer back about six days because of a new indicator causing problems with the NT8 platform.
I have reached out to customer support (i already feel as if I am a nuisance b/c i need help like every other month) but they must be really busy because although I received a confirmation email, they never contacted me. I even offered to pay them after hours to swoop in to the computer and take 10 minutes of their time.
So, is there a computer saavy person that can help guide me, when i restarted about 1 week previously, I was able to remove the bad indicator. But, it has also removed all of the non standard indicators i.e. my divergence cloud.
I cannot add it because I have a whole slew of errors compiled and we just cannot figure out how to remove them. I think i may have used the wrong file when restarting?
Truth be told I deal with Pre-Allzheimers issues and could use any help offered.
