Have this drawing tool . It draws a rectangle box and then draws 2 lines above 1st 200% ext 2nd is 400% .
would like to adjust 2nd line to 162% . if you could say which lines .Try to learn more about indicator writing . thanks

See if this works...
In lines 565, 571, 580 and 586:
replace Math.Pow(2.3 * rectHeight, .8)
with rectHeight*1.62
Unless I'm missing something, a comparison with the FibonacciRetracement tool shows that your tool's settings are not 200% and 400%, but more like 50% and 100% of the rectangle's height. To see what I mean, try using a Fib Retracement tool with two PriceLevels set at 150% and 200%.
