Presently use Bookmap/Rithmic via Optimus Futures/ADM.

Rithmic is the only one that has real MBO data and a must for Bookmap.

RTrader is the client for Rithmic and connect NinjaTrader into RTrader. (it allows 2 connections)

Rithmic does not support NYSE TRIN & TICK Data; or VIX or VXX.

-------------------------------
My primary requirement is to have NYSE TRIN & TICK for now.

Been evaluating making a sub account at Optimus/ADM. THey have told me I need to get CQG Integrated, or CQG QTrader to get the market internals/TRIN TICK data. Paying $500+ a month for CQG is out of the question. $75 a month to get CQG Qtrader is possible but its another application was hoping to integrate it all into Ninja if possible. Just not sure if TICK and TRIN can be illustrated in Ninja as both charts and indicators?

NinjaTrader recomended using their in house Kinetick its about $65 a month; I think I might need to add to it "CBOE for $7.50 a month" for VIX data. Not sure if VXX would be included in the default feed?

DTN IQ is $95 a month is a really high quality of service.

Any recommendations by the crowd?

Really only reviewing TRIN and TICK for additional confirmation on intraday support levels. To support confidence on pre-planned trades off profile, order flow levels, order block levels. Same idea with the VIX.

Is this what you are asking about? If it is you just add them in like any other contract. If my chart looks off it is because I maintain Chicago time.

I think DTN support MBO data with 6.5 and bookmap 7.3 alpha build 17 or something(i can see the market depth only for futures ) you might want to check it out. i recently moved from kintick to IQfeed for the same reason (currently using both bookmap , ninjatrader and few other apps tapping to the same feed)
