Are we actually still able to stay with Phillips Capital? Apparently not. The switch was supposed to be made yesterday, Sept 17th. I was careful to hold no open positions at the close of trading then. This morning, my account in NinjaTrader shows no money. Zero balances.
I'd assume this is a result of switching over, and not someone embezzling my money. I guess my money will reappear soon. But it's futures trading after all, so you never know.
Anyway, just thought I'd post in case anyone else has the same situation. You're not alone.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Im going to go out on a limb that your money wasn't embezzled. It's a big transition, but these days everyone wants everything in a second and with no flaws.
By the way, I just changed the title of this thread from "Ninja Trader and Phillips Capital" to "Ninja Trader and Phillip Capital" (no "s" in Phillip. It's not Phillips.)
OK, slightly nit-picky of me , and it's a natural mistake.
But that's the name.
Hope it goes smoothly.
Bob.
