Power Meter for Ninjatrader (like Jigsaw or similar)
I think what @Tor28 means (and maybe I'm wrong) is that it shows the amount of aggressive buys and aggressive sells within the last X seconds or X transactions/ticks or since the last time the user hit the "reset button" or since whatever, on a rolling-forward basis. And when I say, amount of trades, the "amount" could be counting transactions/ticks or contract volume.
If someone were to implement this, ring buffers might come in handy.

To me, it's just a different way of showing and assessing delta. I think there are better tools for this but different folks work better with different tools. I would like to see how this tool is used for non-scalping trades. It cause me to o over manage my trades.
Having said all that, if there is difference in what OP meant then please correct me.
