Hi everybody!

Is there any Power Meter indicator for NT8 please? I'm talking about a similar Jigsaw's Power Meter.

Thanks

Hi Tor28,

Could you please explain what this indicator exactly does?

Thank you

Hello!

The Power Meter measures the buying or selling strength of the market at a given time.

Hello!

The Power Meter measures the buying or selling strength of the market at a given time.

Pretty vague, huh?

I think what @Tor28 means (and maybe I'm wrong) is that it shows the amount of aggressive buys and aggressive sells within the last X seconds or X transactions/ticks or since the last time the user hit the "reset button" or since whatever, on a rolling-forward basis. And when I say, amount of trades, the "amount" could be counting transactions/ticks or contract volume.

If someone were to implement this, ring buffers might come in handy.

This should give a better idea:

To me, it's just a different way of showing and assessing delta. I think there are better tools for this but different folks work better with different tools. I would like to see how this tool is used for non-scalping trades. It cause me to o over manage my trades.

Having said all that, if there is difference in what OP meant then please correct me.

Hello

In this video, above, the Power Meter (red-blue ) is between the DOM and the Tape reading.
