I would say Sharkindicators' Blackbird is one of the best customisable Trademanager I have seen.

I just started using MTPredictor. It's not free but it's ridiculously powerful.

I've been looking at Chart Trader in NT 8, which seems quite complicated.
Are there any simpler solutions, or do I just need to invest the time on this ?

First off the question presupposes you don't want to put the time in to learn a platform like Ninjatrader.

Well my friend that will be the least of your worries in your foray into trading!

Having said that I pay for the software I mentioned above. I also started testing icedfrosty's TickHunter.

I am cancelling my over $1200 a year subscription to the other software and am exclusively focusing on integrating Tickhunter into my full time trading bot.

The main reason I use the paid software is the ability to set your stops and targets and the software AUTOMATICALLY adjusts position sizing (based on your preferences) and fires off orders at the click of a button).

The software comes as a complete trading solution but I ONLY wanted the trade management module.

Barring that one feature I prefer TickHunter WAY more.

It has a few features I can't find anywhere else. Such as the ability to set my stop entries and have it trial as price moves AWAY from my entry. Brilliant.

Anyway be careful wbobby. Trading is ALWAYS hard if your doing it right.

Cheers

Icedfrosty it's the other way around.

THANK YOU for creating this ground breaking peice of software.

I'm sure it will just grow and become more powerful.

And I have profited nicely already by using only a few of the features.

So again... Thank You @icedfrosty!

Oh yes I did check them out. Again both fantastic!

I AM USING PriceInfo as well as TradeHunter. BTW those are perfect descriptions of what they do.

I'm sure you have a list 10 pages long but if I could... lol... is there a way to have let say, a BUY limit order and have it trail under the low of one, two, or more bars back?

For example, the order would stay below the low the last two bars and would stay there until either a new higher low was made in the last two bars or the price fell below limit order before close of bar.

I hope that made sense.

Also @icedfrosty do you have a donations page or something for all your hard work?

I don’t have that exact feature but something close...PopAutoJumpToSnap...when enabled...and you use the Pop+, a pending buy order will fall and then sit 1 tick above the previous candle high...if the next bar does not take you in the market the pending buy will fall to the next candle high automatically

Yes I use that feature constantly.

I'm basically looking for the same idea but on the other side of the bar with a limit order.

Your fantastic PopAutoJumptoSnap+ places a buy stop above and trails down till bar penetrates previous high triggering buy stop.

What I'm looking/hoping for is that a buy limit order can placed and trial last bars low up till bar drops below and triggers limit long.

If not I can figure out... just curious if possible to add in the future.

Thank you

Interesting idea...I will think about that one...I am working on ATM this week and next week expect “AutoPilot” for Zombie/HalfLife setups. I also have a ZombiePack2 update coming this week also.

I am on paypal/venmo (whereuben@hotmail.com)...if your feeling generous...certainly not necessary...I share trading tools that I use myself...and happy to share them.

Busy guy! Hey I would totally use that feature so its nice to hear it's at least sounds interesting to you.

I'm super excited about the ATM as I scale so this will probably benefit me greatly. Again!

I know you use your products but there is clearly alot of time and effort involved and more importantly to be honest im selfish.

I want to pay for a product because I want it to advance and to be there. I like that.

"I am on paypal/venmo (whereuben@hotmail.com)...if your feeling generous...certainly not required..."

I think if you can add a feature I asked for its a no brainer you deserve compensation. And it's a WIN WIN.

I like that everyone benefits though.

Thank you for this great product.
