No cost equivalent to Quantum Trading's Tickspeedometer Indicator for NinjaTrader
I'm using Tick charts for trading NQ,YM and ES in NinjaTrader.
It's always fun trying to pick (optimize) the best Tick interval on my Tick charts. As we know, the amount of ticks per day (like volume) can vary quite a bit for any given trading session.
I just came across Quantum Trading's Tickspeedometer Indicator for NinjaTrader:
I think I wrote something like this years ago, and indicator named speedtick or tickspeed, I'll try to find it and put it in this thread.
According to the lines of code required, $279 is way too much...
maxuscz, The Velocity bars in this post may be helpful, they work on most bar types I think, and if you've a particular time frame you don't want to depart from you can adjust the setting of these bars.
