I got Atlas Line indicator for NT recently and am finding that I'm just getting bad signals each time, and losing my money as a result.
I want the software to work, but I can't seem to get anyone to give me support from their website. My emails appear to just go into a blackhole.
Here are signals this indicator gave me the past 3 days. As you can see, if you take the "short" when it pops-up, you will lose, unless you are maybe considering 1 tick a profit...?
If anyone else is using this indicator, I would appreciate any help/tips/rules that might help it work (more often).
Have you tried 30 second candles? I find that few trends last even 5 minutes on most days on ES. Other than the daily open which is too volatile, Sunday night open --- also volatile, 4:00 AM EDT when Europe opens, or the end of the day when there is usually a trend to close, few go that long other than a day with an all-day trend where you would get few signals, I presume.
Nah I've just been doing 5 min candles. It's the recommendation for the indicator (in instructions) so I haven't tried much else.
The profit goal is supposed to be what the ATR is or a little less. So if it's 4.5 or whatever, you're aiming for 3 - 4 profit goal, with a stop of 5.
If I make candles shorter, it's hard for me to understand what a reasonable profit target is. The ATR ends being like .75 or something so I have no idea if that's more for scalping 1 point or what.
Has anyone heard of or know about Day Trade to Win's Atlas Line? I am wondering if it works, I have heard really great things about it, especially how great it works on the 6E and 6B. For $1,800 I want to get as much info on it before I buy it.
