I am having trouble connecting to Xfinity/Comcast with NT8. I have had so many sessions with Ninjatrader support to no avail. I've tried wireless and a hard connection. They say it is my device or a firewall that I have. I disagree. I can connect to the platform when using mobile hot spots from various carriers. I have not configured Windows to restrict anything and I am not using a third party firewall.
Has anyone experienced this issue; more over, do you have a solution?
Thank you, Ky

Try changing you DNS provider on your router from your ISP DNS to somthing like 1.1.1.1, 9.9.9.9 or 8.8.8.8 (if you don't mind google).
NT8 connects out to 3rd party hostings securi, GoDaddy and CQG which they don't explicitly tell customers about. In fact my NT8 customer service experience was to continually deny this until I eventually had to escalate the issue to senior customer service who confirmed this. Your ISP DNS might be blocking connection to these IPs for whatever reason (safe browing etc). It's worth a try.
