If someone tech savy could give an informed opinion to this issue I'd be really appreciative.
Is my below issue due to inadequate PC, Kaspersky interferance, slow internet, or limitations of NT8 platform
When I open a previously saved new work space it can take 1 - 2 mins to load.
When closing workspaces (and saving) my task manager goes into :"Not responding"...on and off for 1- 2 minutes until closing.See attached shots. This "Not responding" is what concerns me, alongside the long shut down, which kind of freezes NT8, until workspace has shut down. Every 3-4 weeks, NT8 will actually shut down totally
This happens (both) if I have 6 workspaces open and close one or only 2 open, and close one. CPU can
spike from 15% to 80% or more. Memory varies between 4500mb - 5500 mb.
Each workspace contains 5-7 charts.
Tick charts 40 days loaded
Day/ Min (240 min upwards) 365 days loaded
I run latest NT8 platform version with Kinetik
Kaspersky application control is set to "Trusted" for Nt8
Have done a complete Kaspersky scan of PC and no issues.
Could the PC specs be a problem?
Intel i7-4790k 4.00ghz (yes it is an older PC)
16 Ram
SSD Harddrive (30% full)
