i took help from nt8 vendor sir he replied as below

Hello Sandeep,

Thank you for your note.

Can you please perform an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader 8 and check if the error persists. You will save all settings and data including your indicators and strategies. All settings and data are located at Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 which is not deleted when you uninstall NinjaTrader in Windows.

Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down first.
Uninstall NinjaTrader 8 via Windows start menu-->Settings-->Apps.
Download and install NinjaTrader 8.0.22.2 from the link below. Please do not distribute this link to anyone else.
https://ninjatrader.com/ninjatrader/nt8/NinjaTrader.Install.msi

If you still can't start NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.

Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
