Buying at the bid, and/or selling at the ask, chasing market
Seeking NinjaScript for a very basic order function of any automated trading system: buying at the bid, and/or selling at the ask...and persistently moving with the market bid/ask until the order is filled.
Can I get a little help on this? Am surprised it's not a basic feature of NinjaTrader....but here we are.
Many, profuse thanks,

Although I'm not aware of such script I'm curious to know more about strategies in which you would like to chase the market, I assume we are talking about chasing market when your system has detected momentum in trending market?
There is a paid indicator named EOBordering by Ninza vendor. I've used it to automatically place different types of orders, and I think it has options to do what you're asking. I'd contact the Ninza support to confirm, they've always responded back to me within 12 hours.
I suppose it can be run on a 1 tick chart so that it chases the bid/ask price as well.
I don't use it anymore because I'm back to using stop limit orders for entries.
But I liked it a lot. It does exactly what it says on the product page. Looks like the cost went up since I bought it, but at least the support is good from that vendor.
This is the only paid 3rd party indicator I've ever purchased. The only thing I don't like is that the access is tied to your NT machine ID. Meaning if your machine ID changes, the indicator disables and you have to email their support. For me this meant never stopping and restarting my VM because the machine ID would change each time. But their support has been good about it, and has reenabled all of my new machine IDs very quickly, usually within a few hours. However I don't know what it means if they ever went out of business, would the indicator stop working?
