This is simple and works. Just uses SMA.
With all the fancy moving averages on this site you may have forgotten what a SMA is... here is definition

Here is same concept with ema...and some more examples.
Some thoughts on using a small time frame for more precise entries but then holding for the multi-hour/day plays.

Maybe this will help someone. Ask questions if it doesn't make sense...
