NT7 Sound Output for Market Activity wanted

Hello,
i am looking for an ninjatrader 7 Indicator to output Market Activity (Tempo, Volume Spikes and maybe Direction) via Sound. It should be a little like a Morsecode or something in this direction.

Search for text to speech translators... imTranslator is one... you can create a wav file that will say whatever you want
