Breaking news indicator

Is there a way to set a breaking news indicator? I refer those not scheduled in the Calender.
I know there are several indicators that get scheduled news from forexfactory.com (e.g.

This indicator downloads news from forexfactory (http://www.forexfactory.com/calendar.php) and display's it on your chart. News is displayed in the upper left corner and is also shown as vertical lines on your chart. You can choose if you want to show …

It would be possible to set an indicator feeded by news/latest stories on forex factory (see file attached) choosing to show low, medium or high impact breaking news?
